The application allows access to geo-urban memories shared by users of the site Augmented City, in the form of images, text, sounds, and videos viewed in augmented reality in the urban environment in which they occurred.By integrating sound, visual and textual reports of the citys inhabitants, the project seeks to restore the urban vernacular history, since the memory of a city is made up of the history of its inhabitants, manifested in events in urban space and time.
It is a continuous process of sedimentation experience layers in the city, becoming as material and immaterial heritage built over time in constant attribution of meaning and significance to places.- If the application user is more than one kilometer from the point, he will be directed to a map service able to provide the best route to the point indicated.- If the user is less than 1 km and more than 100 meters, the system will generate a route for pedestrian to the point.- If the user is less than 100 meters, it will have access to content and can view it through your mobile camera that, from then on, will create a new layer - which is virtual in nature, but in conjunction with the images captured from reality can increase it.
